If you did not complete the survey, that's quite OK! Why did I put this form on the internet? Headaches are extremely common, and problem headaches probably affect about 2-5% of all people. For many people headaches are just a nuisance, but if you have a problem headache you want to know that you are about to attend a clinic of good standing. There is no way of proving which headache clinic or headache specialist is the best for you. In some parts of the world you may have to hope that the doctor you see is sufficiently trained and concerned to attempt a diagnosis and offer evidence based treatments. If we can look in a bit of detail about how a headache service is provided, this can indicate how seriously a clinic takes headaches. A Headache Clinic or Neurologist who has gone to some effort to describe how they might help is probably sufficiently concerned that they will be sympathetic to your situation.
